Delivery & Pickup Policy – House of Allura
At House of Allura, we currently offer local delivery and pickup only. We do not ship orders at this time.
Delivery Options:
- Standard local delivery is available for a $10 fee.
- Delivery to Long Island is available for a $15 fee.
Delivery Timing:
- Deliveries are typically completed within 1–3 days after your order is confirmed.
- You will be contacted to coordinate a delivery time that works best for you.
Pickup Option:
- Free pickup is available.
- Pickup details (location, date, and time) will be provided after your order is placed.
Important Information:
- Please ensure your address and contact information are correct at checkout.
- House of Allura is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided.
- If you are unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, a rescheduling fee may apply.
